Probably one of the best 8-bit soundtracks of all time. Clever level design, and bosses make the game unique and fun. Would say that the difficulty would turn people off but if you are in for a challenge it would be fun to play even today. Not the best in the series but started it all, definitely has some parts which can be frustrating but passable with patience and practice. The controls are repsonsive and fast. Even if you cant pass the whole game it is great fun trying it, even playing in a group of people can be fun to do. Overall this is one of my favorite NES games, and needs to be remembered as such. There have been like 100 mega man games releases since so obviously this game did something right. I think getting the different types of weapons which you can use at your disposal is what seperates it from other games of its time.
