They finally got the balance right!

User Rating: 9 | Mega Man Zero 3 GBA
I've played through all the titles in the Zero series, this is definitely the one to get. The difficulty level is finally brought down to a reasonable level. The story is also the best they're done so far (tying up many of the loose ends from the first two titles). Artwork and sound are both good, though essentially on par with the other zero games. What really makes this title is all the unlockables. We're talking mini-games, EX skills (new moves), Secret Disks, Cyber-Elves, and Power-Ups (new equipment). The replayability is even more emphasized, as you are not just going back through the game for the items and to find hidden areas, but specifically to try and earn a better ranking at your ability (based off of time taken per level, damage taken, enemies killed, etc), if your rating is high enough, you unlock the EX Skills, giving you new manuvers to perform (which many of them combine with your equipment to form new effects). Overall I would say that any real gamer should have this in their GBA collection, if just for the gameplay alone. This is a game I find I can be in the mood for anywhere at any time.
