Though it introduces a huge change with the 3D gameplay, it's still an amazing game.

Now let me start by saying that i'm a huge MMX fan, always have been, always will be, for a while i was used to the normal side scrolling MMX games, but i always wondered how it would be in 3D, and well, it happened, and thanks too your good buddy Lunar, you'll find out how it went...

Gameplay and Story:

The story is pretty basic, yet complex, yeah that doesn't really make sense but still, let me just tell you. Zero is out maverick hunting when he finds another reploid in danger, Axl. He later finds out that Axl used too be with red alert, somebody the maverick hunters were after, they don't know if they can trust Axl but they're taking a chance just because he knows things about Red Alert and could be useful. The gameplay is might take some time to get used to if your used to the normal 2D MMX games. Although it does have 2D and 3D levels. Some are just 2D some are just 3D and some have different parts that are both, either way it's still amazing.

Graphics:

The biggest change from the old games of course, is the graphics. MMX has gone 3D! The transition from 2D to 3D worked out pretty good too.

Sound and Music:

This like most other MMX games has some pretty nice music, as well as the awesome sound effects of Z-sabers, Buster shots and just overall different weapons and such.

Replay Value:

The replay value is surprisingly good for this game. I play over old levels just for fun over and over again just because it's so fun battling enemies and going through the amazing environments.

Overall, Megaman X games have always been great, and it seems that they're staying that way into 3D gaming as well. Lunar out.
