A very brave attempt at creating a dark, mature, GBA game

This is the best attempt to bring a console game onto the GBA while maintaining its 3d look and not going straight to side scrolling action. First off this game is worth it for any man of the series. The graphics are great and I think that it is great that there is a dark mature title on the GBA. Sure Doom is rated M but this is a lot more darker. The story is the same as the console versions, and the sound although crackly is actuall vocieovers. That's right actuall voice overs on the GBA. The script is word for word what happens in the console version. I think this game made Rockstar realize that they can capatalize on teh GBA and that there are older gamers who will buy their games on a handheld. Mnay people complained about the emenies shooting you from off screen and the enemies taking impossible shots that take three thirds of you rhealth away. That didn't ug me because I found it kind of auto targets off screen enemies and that it is pretty easy to take cover behind a box and shoot over it. The only thing that I seemed to have a problem with is the way the moving works, because it is very different without a anolog stick, but it is easy to get used to. I also found that this game is shorter than the original because I seemed to get farther than I thought I would have in the first thirty minutes. This game is a must for any deihard fan of the console versions like me and they want something besides key colleting shooters, and side scrolling plattformers. Once you enter Max's hell, you wont want to leave. I think that Max is video games Jack Bauer from 24. I think this because he is cop with nothing to loose, and because he's got nothing to loose he lays it all out on the line and kicks the bad guy's butt. Hey and Mona Sax is kinda like a Nina Meyers. This game is a great GBA game that excells in the graphics department and in just the fact that they took the behind the back camera from the console version and did a C&C (Command and Conquer) and still succeeds. If things like enemies yhou cant seee shooting you than leave this one alone, but if you dont mind that because you know you'll get revenge pick this game up. I give it a 8/10.
