The first three Mass Effect games were magical. Epic, memorable, all about story, characters that you remember. Everything that Role Playing Games should be. The original games were painstakingly thought out, the story lines made sense, the universe made sense, there was minimal use of Heuristics (things that don't make sense but keep the story moving) and overall the series was Epic. Then there's Mass Effect Andromeda....instead of inspired and creative, it's repetitious and steals a lot of it's ideas from the original. It's like a stand up comic gets a laugh at a joke and decides to use it again almost immediately after. You can't do that. You only get to use the joke once, then it stops being funny and almost becomes pathetic. That's Mass Effect Andromeda. I only wish I could get my money back.
