An end to a trilogy offers to much flash and little content to once wonderful RPG series.

Commander Sheppard trilogy finally comes to the end. The enormous unnecessary changes to the third game pushes away even further from RPG elements from the first game in the favor of more action elements that are on their own average at the best.

The shiny and prettied up visuals are gorgeous, however too many sacrifices had been made instead. The level of exploration has been cut by the large margin, other then the Citadel, which is also much more limited to free roaming, there isn't any other place to truly explore...

The option to holster your weapon has also been replaced by constant third person action. The citadel is the only place you can walk around (limited) without the weapon being drawn out.. It also points towards more action packed sequences that are all over the place.

The lack of new teammates to use and meet is very disappointing compared to the previous two games.

The only good part of the game left is the story, that is until you reach the ending.. I was expecting more from Bioware team to be honest.

Mass Effect 3 proves that graphics alone can't make a good game, average story progression, major changes to the almost non existent RPG elements that refined the game in the previous series, major cuts to the exploration, teammates and extreme focus on action elements amongst other issues bring this once superb SCI-FI story to disappointing end.

Only worth playing to see the conclusion to the series if you have played previous two games which are excellent or if you're new to the series and only care about third person action shooting.
