A bit too over the top...

With this being the third in the franchise of vs. Marvel series, then you should know the drill by now. Basically if you want chaotic 2D action, where you don't know what the hell is going on, another game has been added to the franchise.

Now it isn't entirely a bad thing, but after Marvel Superheroes really nothing new has been added besides more flashy eye candy and more and more characters on screen (and to select from). This time it ups the ante and makes it 3 character tag team and it tries to add uses for the characters when youre not using them. All aside from the usual additions, meaning more characters and higher and higher combo counts.

Now still isn't a bad thing, but basically if you stop and think to yourself long enough, is it really necessary? Not really, but still it makes for a fun time as long as you take it for a simple fighting game and aren't expecting a huge jump from previous games.

Also was there really a high demand for Marrow in a video game?
