Mario's guests are getting a bit aggravated. His party never changes!!

I enjoyed the first couple of Mario Party games, when they were actually unique. I picked up Mario Party 5 just to get a multiplayer gamecube game. Sadly, I bought it for 50 and wasted my money. I tried to trade it in months later and it was worth 12$. That's not even worth it, so I kept it.
Nevertheless, I still don't think it is a good game. Compared to the old mario parties, the levels are so small and a little too wimpy. I don't want to play a game on a cloud or a rainbow, or even a stupid cake.

Gamecube is supposed to have the best graphics out of all the current gen consoles, but Mario obviously doesn't utilize it. They probably could have done this game on the N64 for the most part. I know this is a kids game, but please make the AI a little harder. I have never lost. I don't mind the simple mini-games, but there are only a select few that I actually enjoy playing. Leaf-leap and Will Flower. What happened to those ones where you draw boo with a jackhammer! I really hate those stupid luck games that anyone could win.

They did try to add some new features like robot battles and other little things, but they don't make a difference. Basically, nothing has changed about this game, and after a while of having to watch the other players turns the game gets frustrating. The only thing it is good for is testing which one of your friends can press the A button faster. I really wasted my money on this game, and I would recommend trying Wario Ware Inc. which is a way better game than Mario Party.
