Best Racing game for the GBA

User Rating: 7.8 | Mario Kart: Super Circuit GBA
Mario Kart Super Circuit is a standard Solid Mario Kart game but what pulls it apart from other racing games is its superior graphics and design.

Game design: The game has incredible graphical presentation and compared to other racing games the racing tracks are perfectly clear and you can play the game like second nature. There are environments from famous Nintendo games to race through and they also look very impressive on the GBA.
Pretty much everything is the same as previous games, you get to play in single player or multi-player with other players using GBA multi-player cables but as by every GBA game the other players must also have a GBA, the game and a cable.
Single player mode is pretty standard, you have Grand Prix in 3 different levels, 50cc, 100cc and 150cc, you will have different cup tournaments and each with 4 races. You will also have a Time attack mode.

Game play: The game plays is solid and plays as other typical Mario Kart games. You have a rooster of 8 characters; Mario, Luigi, DK, Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Wario and Bowser, each with their own strength and weakness (Well actually the only differences are the weight and speed).
During races you can collect items from item boxes and items will be selected at random. There are also boost pads and coins on the tracks.

Sound: There isn’t much to comment on the music, pretty much standard Mario music with some sound effects.

Mario Kart Super Circuit is a standard Mario kart game with pretty much nothing new to it, however as a GBA game it has the best graphics and designs, unlike current racing game on the GBA that try to cheat their way by using 2D sprites and try to turn them to 3D and end up making the game play terrible because of the bad views.
This is the most recommendable racing game on the GBA.
