The non-stop action keeps me focused and pumped

User Rating: 8.5 | Mario Kart 7 3DS
This game's 50cc option is the equivalent of putting training wheels, to new players it lets them get acquainted with the controls and gameplay, as a veteran Mario Kart player, I think the option is a waste of time. This is why I applaud the game for giving out most of its unlockables when you collect coins. Mario Kart 7 plays much like the one on the Wii, with mini-turbo boosts based on your angle, no more tuning left and right. This does not say that Mario Kart 7 is any less appealing. The gameplay, replayability, and charm make this a must-get for Mario and racing fans alike. If you disable the first-person driving / gyro controls, you can actually pause with the select button, leaving your precious right thumb tor the ever important accelerator button. From the sweet glider and submersible features to the "Oh crap a blue shell!" moments makes this game one of my favorite 3DS games so far. It gets even better when challenging your friends your enemies, and your friends enemies to a race laughing as your emerge triumphant, or laughing right along with them when you lose. The popular bomb-omb battle is back, with all of its exploding mayhem. If you consider yourself to be an above average racer, or have no one to play with, beating total strangers on Wi-Fi is fun too.
