The good parts of this game is the multiplayer, this game is very good with multiplayer and 2 players can fight to the death by throwing koopa shells, hitting the pow blocks and stunning them. The action is game is a lot, once you get into the later stages, there will be so many enemies you will encounter, you will encounter boos, red and green fireballs that can kill you, and a lot of different enemies coming out of the pipes. There are a lot of stages to go through and they are challenge especially when you get to the 10's. The bad parts of this game is the repetitive gameplay, you go through stages and then you beat them and then you keep doing that with very little special stages. If you play single player, you are mainly torturing yourself because of the repetitive and boring gameplay. Some of the enemies are a pain to kill, like these crabs, you have to go below them and hit the block 2 times and then get enough time to come back and kill him. The controls are bad, they are slick, i think it is a little too hard to control mario and make him jump. Overall, not a very good game, just go play it at an arcade, but if you really want this game, pick it up, but i dont recommend it.
