I have never played a Marathon game before however I love FPS's. So I did my research on the game and then downloaded the trial on XBLA. I have to say that I wanted more after playing the demo so I purchased the full game. The game did not let me down. The graphics are dated however with a few minor touches the developer made the game does'nt look too bad with HD graphics. The game runs at 60 frames per second which is great but the game runs a little to fast for its own good. This does not affect your enjoyment of the game. The single player is vast and deep and is actually longer than most games made for retail today. The multiplayer is good supporting up to 8 players for deathmatch and plenty of team based games. The game also has co-op online and offline with up to 8 players connected at once, which is 4 more than what Halo 3 will have. So if your a fan of FPS's pick this game up its a great value at only 800 points. If your not a fan of FPS's but like a good action/adventure game then this too is just for you.
