Brutal Fun
You start off in an insane asylum as a Bi-Polar Danny Lamb who is very confused and has a mysterious life which unfolds as you play.
The combat is simple and brutal, you can wield anything from a syringe to a sub-machine gun. You can sneak up behind people and kill them with a tap of a button which puts you through a short brutal cutscene in which you can kill the person in 1 of 3 different ways. You can also use enviromental kills such as shoving someone in a meat grinder and other bloody things of that nature.
Overall, don't expect amazing things from this game, and it does not have great replay value, but it's just plain fun if you're bloodthirsty.
