It tried hard to be a good game, it really did.

Let me get this out of the way before I start the review, this game is by no means bad. It is, at the very least, playable.
Now, let's start with the story. It takes place in what I believe to be a fairly well sized town. You take on the roll of Roland, a young knight-in- training practicing with you brother to become a full-fledged knight. Quickly into it, you meet your best friend, a young female archer, AND you also quickly meet the main love interest. A young mage training hard to control her magic well. The story quickly becomes tacky, however, and so many twists are thrown in it's hard to understand what's going on.
Gameplay: If you've ever played Devil Survivor or Disgaea, you'll quickly understand how this game works. It's a TBSRPG where battles take place on grid-based stages. This system works well, my only complaint is the difficulty in trying to level your characters.
The Good: Some voice acting available, decent battle system, character artwork is great, intro is very well made.
The Bad: Story is hard to follow, side-missions are boring, in-battle sprites are dreadful, characters are incredibly generic.
Overall: 6.5/10
It needs a lot of improvement, but it's playable if you can find it at a VERY cheap price.
