Break-Out, but with a Kirby twist.

User Rating: 8.5 | Kirby no Block Ball GB
Kirby is a really interesting character here. A pink puff ball that not only float around, but can also eat his enemies and either spit them out or absorb their power. Now this is genius right here. For the most part, I am a fan of most of the Kirby games. Block Ball here is no exception. It's essentially the Kirby version of Break-Out. You're going through each stage and destroying all of the blocks on the playing screen. A bit repetitive and simple, but it's one of those games where you still want to keep going at it anyway. This game is another worthy addition to the Kirby franchise.

PROS:
-Pretty good graphics for Gameboy
-Control is really easy to understand and use
-Levels are arranged creatively
-You are still able to recieve powers
-Wonderful music and sound
-Bosses look creative

CONS:
-It is still repetitive
-Pretty easy for the most part.

Despite its simplicity, it is still a good game that is worth checking out. I still consider it very much a Kirby game and it is definitely worth having this in your collection of GameBoy games. Kirby fans can feel right at home here. Those wanting more of a challenge, go play the original Break-Out.
