Now that it's in English, we can understand and get a little more enjoyment out of the pink guy.

User Rating: 8.5 | Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards N64
Kirby is a clever little game that you'd almost like to think of as a pet. But make no mistake, Kirby is the amusement park prize goldfish of N64 games since most people will be through and done with this game, never to return, fairly quickly. However, it does a good job for what it is. I know the game is intended for younger gamers, but there are two particular puzzles in Kirby that will give most grown people headaches. Kirby 64 serves a good helping of that old-school platforming style, but is ultimately still too short to warrant a purchase for older players, even with all of the power-up and combo abilities. Parents looking for a fun "safe" side-scroller for their kids shouldn't look any further. For everyone else, I'd definitely recommend renting this game, not because it's substandard or a niche title, but because most rental programs will give you a few nights of game time and that should be enough to finish Kirby 64.

Presentation:If we ever volunteer to help a fairy princess fight evil, it will probably look and feel just like this game. Voice would've helped though. 7.5/10

Graphics:2 and one half 'D' works for us because everything is crisp clear and bright. Kirby hasn't grown up and it certainly doesn't look like it. 7.5/10

Sound: Not enough to listen to beyond some really inspired music and occasional sound effects. Even if Kirby doesn't talk, everyone else around him should. 7.5/10

Gameplay: One of the most innovative characters in videogames just added another layer to his mystique. Power Combos are a great way to creatively kick ass. 8.5/10

Lasting Appeal: The single player game is really short. Now that we know how to get the multiplayer games to work, though, the game has a little more depth 7.5/10

Overall: 8.5/10

My Verdict: Buy It if u like platformers
