Even though it's short, Katamari Damacy is very weird yet fun and addicting game.

Katamari Damacy is about a young prince who's father, The King of All Cosmos, accidentally destoryed all the stars in the sky and your job is to replace the stars with giant balls of, well anything. The gameplay in this game is pretty good. You control your katamari using both analog sticks. You could get a view of the place your in by pressing the R1 button, but i found myself never needing that at all. The only problem i found is that sometimes the camera gets stuck behind a wall and you can't see anything and sometimes you get stuck on things and have a hard time getting un-stuck. But overall the gameplay was good. The graphics suit this style of game, but they aren't the best. The environments are very colorful, but everything is blocky. The cutscenes were ok, the lip-syncing is bad, but they aren't a major part of the game or anything. The opening cutscene is still my favorite because of all the randomness. The sound in this game is pretty good. The music in this game is great. The songs are catchy and suit this game well. Most of the things you pick up makes noise, and while most sounds fit the things you are picking up, some are just annoying. Overall this game is awesome. It's a good breather from all the violent games out there, plus it's only $19.99! The only promblems with this game is that it's on the shorter side, there are some camera problems, the graphics aren't revolutionary, and some of the sounds are annoying, but they aren't too problematic. Go get this game right now.
