A sandbox in all the wrong ways. It is the opposite of fun. Like, if Metal Gear Solid 5 was a fantastic sandbox game where you could bend the mechanics of the game and mess around with the fundamentals (which you can), then Just Cause 4 is a complete and utter trash heap with such a poorly conceived story and static characters who act more as music store standees than they do actual people. The setting is beautiful as always, with each vehicle and area beautifully crafted; however, when the gameplay is this bad, you can barely take in the beautiful serenity of each area.
