It offers thrills, sadly with some tedious quests.

The island of Panau is literally huge interspersed by settlements (villages or cities or little towns or hamlets), yet sadly is not as diverse as other open-world spaces. There are only cars and motorbikes getting by, but people, well, people seem puppets, they have nothing natural.

You're Rico, a man working for the agency, who must help other factions overthrow the dictator of Panau, Baby Panay. You have a world to explore and the RPG trace can be noticed through the fact that you must cause chaos in order to unlock other main missions called agency missions.

There are many missions to accomplish, but sadly it feels tedious at times.

You have weapons to unlock, also vehicles, all of them up-gradable. All the way you can use your hook to jump here and there and to explore the island. You use it to evade enemies and to kill them. The game has great graphics and an environment that can be utterly blown to pieces.

The enemies seem the same and the boss battles seem a little harsh.
