Good game, but not popular so there is really no online multiplayer.

Being able to use thrust vectoring when I wanted was awesome. It aloud me to get the edge on an opponent when he wasn't expecting it. Dodging missiles was very hard especially in later missions. Using counter measures didn't really help as much as yanking and banking the plane. If this game had some followers and people who played online it would easily bet Ace Combat in almost every department. All planes have a standard loadout so you cant change what you want to carry into combat, but being able to play co-op was very intense on the highest difficulty setting. Online chat is a must so you can coordinate strikes. I had a lot of fun with this game, but since no is ever online, it falls away.
This game is a sleeper, once people have played online they will be hooked. So single player mode I give this game a 7 on the first time playing through. Online with chat, this game would be a 9 all day. It's fun and entertaining and helps you loss hours out of the day.
