Jak2 is a sequal to the precursors legacy. To begin with, T he P recursors L egacy(TPL) is a game about Jak and his furry friend Daxter who adventure around the world. In comparison to most games that involve collecting TPL was a really good game!!! but it lacked gameplay lustre and a few other things. The entry of GTA in the market changed everything. Jak2 adds new GTA elements to the gameplay in addition to the standard TPL gameplay elements. By far and large, its an excellent game. New weapons, vehicles and characters add quite a twist to the story. Its highly ambitious and one of the best looking games around. once again there are always flaws... >There are difficulty spikes in the game. That is the games difficulty doesnt increase constantly, but it ranges from easy to maddeningly difficult!!! >The first mission was relatively easy and the third one is really really hard. >Theweapons are too few.. there could have been some more.. ---------------- on the bright side, The gameplay is above average and almost perfect!!! The graphics are slick and look beter than most games around. The sound is once again a minor setback.. there is no dramatic music or anything its just techno all the way... its not what most would like but anyway its was generally OK.... The Game last very long and tghe plot is very engaging... its recommended for everybody who loves hard games.. There were no bugs or technical difgiculties in the game.. Jak3 comes out this fall and its the best game in the series according to Naughty Dog(producer)
If you liked the first jak and daxter game, you'll absolutely love the smash hit sequel and positively the best in the series! The gameplay is bit similar with the different styles of attacks and movement to the first... Read Full Review
