I remember first getting Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy for the PS2, I played it and loved every moment, I would have never thought it could evolve into something as epic as this game. It takes off right after Jak II with the war against the Metal Heads. The city is ruined and you are framed for the crime. You and Daxter (and Pecker too...) are banished and rescued by a misfit group of outcasts. You are to gain their respect and become their key waste-lander and protect the city of Spargus. Along the way, you collect more Dark powers and all new Light powers. You eventually work our way back to the thrashed Haven City and help in the war vs the KG Robots. Soon enough you are to return to Spargus, and realize that they too are under attack and save the day once again. This game is filled with shocking plot twists, interesting characters, improved gun-play and melee, and mysterious new powers. You also can ride throughout the wasteland on many different buggies attached with multiple weapons. Overall, these features blend to form one masterpiece. It leaves you begging for more and more. This game should not be missed by any platforming, action / adventure fan out there, this game is a real treat and showcases the PlayStation 2's capabilities. Congrats Naughty Dog, you did it again. (Now do us a favor and take a break from the equally great Uncharted series, and bring this franchise to the PS3!)
