Totally and stupidly underrated- One of the best for the PS1.
Ok, the single player. This includes many varied types of battle, you control a team of pigs and must beat the other team in order to finally conquor "the isle of swill" ( :lol: great humor there, and all the way through the game). It's turn based so you'll have a certain amount of time to move your pig, and hopefully do a little damage to the other team. As you do levels you get promotion points which means better ranked pigs for your army, with better wepons and gadgets! Generally it's like worms in gameplay, but does everything 10 times better.
Multiplayer is hilarious fun. Up to 4 people can play at once (It even has random map generating if you get bored with the set ones). When I say 4 people, I mean anyone, it's very easy to get the hang of and I still regulary play with my brothers and dad (who's hardly a wonder when it comes to technology, struggling to turn the volume on the tv up :roll: )
The graphics are really good when you consider it's a PS1 game, all 3d and the pigs all look very nice indeed :)
Hogs of War does everything better than 3D worms games, yet it's not commended. Better gameplay, better controls, funner and funnier. Hogs of war will make ya laugh till the co...um... pigs come home!
