Long story short:
The pros
+ Great graphics
+ Fast placed
+ Really free to play (a loot of grind thogh)
The bad things
- Few cards at the start (more luck involved)
- No card placement relevance, just trow the creatures and kill or be killed
- Needs a loot of balance fixes... (it's still in beta thogh)
- Gameplay is always the same and strightfoward, no surprises, no "better save this card for later", you just gotta play the best of your hand right now and that's all
- Deck size fixed
If you play just a few times a day and like the WoW stuff HeartStone its a good game, but if you want to make your skill shine then play MMDoC, its 10 times a better game or if your wallet is full go and play MTG, i still like MMDoC over MTG but is a personal choice.
