Greatest game of alltime, period.

*English is not my native tongue.

Let's start by mentionning that GTA V is a mix between the great freedom of San Andreas and the awesome new mechanics from GTA IV. I have been a massive fan of the series since the 1st one (yeah, the skyview one).

While I really didn't like the idea of having to deal with 3 characters at first, it turned out great. Once again, Rockstar was able to provide us with really likable and distinctive individuals, While Michael is probably the more likable of them all, the real revelation for me was Trevor. I found myself doing actions on the game, based on the personality of the character I was playing with.

I am a huge fan of open world games, they are my favorites. My three favorite games prior to GTA V were Red Dead Redemption, Fallout 3 and Skyrim. Well, with this new title, we reached the pinnacle of open world game. For the first time ever, the environment feels really alive. I have completed the game to 100% and still discovering hidden missions (see the Kifflom! quest among others).

The graphics are awesome, probably the best on PS3, the mechanics are just top notched and the huge variety of missions just provide us with the greatest gaming experience I have ever lived. And that comes from an hardcore gamer who played videogames since the Atari 2600.

As for the weakness, I will mention that the soundtrack is probably the weakest of the series, but I guess it is personal taste. I missed the classical channel I was tuning before a violent mission or a classic rock station present in all other titles. Also, I did not fell in love with the online mode so far.

In conclusion, GTA V is the ultimate gaming experience. Can't wait to see the next Rockstar game, a prohibition era game mixing the GTA mechanics with like a sequel of Red Dead would be awesome.
