In beginning - Brilliant!.. After that, it's getting worse and worse.. I'm dissapointed in Rockstar Games. Please
When I started playing this game, I already was a bit dissapointed in graphics and shocked in SFX sounds.. Some car engines sounds like f#cking vacuum cleaner! Guns also (all of them) sounds like.. what tha..? is that a gun or sumthin?..
Clothes were not enough and some of them were needless. It's stupid that in gangsta shop like suburban weren't gangsta clothes like large shirts and low trousers so CJ couldn't resemble to Ryder or another gangstas. The game time ran too fast, it could be a half slower.
Then OG Loc showed with it's incredible missions like "Rhyme Book'' where CJ needed to kill a whole guard army for just a one book, like.. WHAT A REAL GANGSTA LIKE CJ COULD DO FOR JUST A TINY STUPID FREAK LIKE OG LOC. Let him write his own rhymes damn it!
And the most dissapointing thing was a storyline from "Green Sabre".
It wasn't enjoyable that so close and cool homies like Ryder and Smoke just turned against and old good gangsta hood life just turned into some stupid incredible bullsh!t.
Some of reviewers had already said similar thoughts about freaky scenario like:..."How just a gangsta like CJ could do some incredible things like flying with planes and killing oneself a whole army base?!! He's not a f#cking superman, he's a gangsta!"..
I totally AGREE with that. First part (til' Green Sabre mission) was a pretty realistic, cool, and interesting, and there weren't need to F#CK EVERYTHING!!!
Then these racings.. oh common, seriously? okay that wasn't such a stupid part like when that catalina showed up.. THAT WAS THE WORST PART.. WTF HOW JUST A GANGSTA CAN TURN INTO SOME F#CKIN FOOL???!!! AND WHY THE F#CK THAT STUPID CHARACTER LIKE CATALINA WAS NEEDED!!!?? and that freak zero also with his stupid toys..just WTF!!? okay i'm not saying anything bad about Woozie, Madd Dogg, J!zzy or Rosenberg, they were pretty cool.
Okay, that could be enough with cons. And now some proses.
So I really liked the beginning of the game, when CJ returned in his old home back and rebuilt his gangsta image and gangsta life. The first missions were brilliant, that's what's CJ and his hood looks like. A REAL GANGSTA SH!T RIGHT HERE!
Also inspite of some texture quality cons, world was perfect. It was very good displayed - the streets and houses, Los Santos ghetto hood, country side also pretty nice, Las Venturas was EXCELLENT! everything looked very good and similar as in life.
Also radio stations were very good, just a bit more songs could be and then it would be excellent.
Characters were excellent, cars were excellent (except engine) intro excellent, gang wars could be harder and bloodier, but otherwise good.
After that incredible mission "The end of the line" when CJ was one against the army again, the ending was also excellent.
