It's a bargain bin game, but it might get you entertained.

A Gladiator, mythological atmosphere and a somehow interesting story, if you like this tales, of course. The presentation of the game is ok, there's a goo sense of scale but the graphics and textures are not the selling point, not bad, but nothing too special, but it's an early title for the PS2, so it's all good. Of course we're not playing this game solely for it's appearance, the gameplay can be fun and challenging in some points, I got stuck twice and it took me several tries to finally beat the game.

It's a linear beat-them-up, hack and slash kinda game, and there will be blood and some intense fighting at points, it kept me wanting to go further, specially having the ability to find some power ups and other hidden treasures that are a nice touch to break from the gameplay. Weak points, yeah, the sounds it's not that great, the voice over is good but the sound effects are quite pathetic, it took away from the game quite a bit in my opinion, but I still recoment this game if you like this line of games.

It's a bargain bin game, but it might get you entertained. I'll recommend for a good weekend at home.
