1. Sound Test Password (Japanese Version)

   At the password screen, press Right 1 time, Down 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Up 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Right 2 times, Down 3 times and enter the Japanese character. Up 2 times, Left 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Right 6 times, Down 2 imes and enter the Japanese character. Up 1 time, Left 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Now select "End".

2. Ending Password (Japanese Version)

   At the password screen, press Down 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Up 2 times, Right 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Up 1 time, Left 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Now hit "End".

3. Start Maximized (Japanese Version)

   At the password screen, press Right 7 times and enter the Japanese character. Down 3 times and enter the Japanese character. Left 3 times, Up 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Up 2 times, Left 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Right 9 times, Down 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Now hit "End" and you'll start at Level 50, with Max gold and all the Bells.

4. No-Encounters and Walk Through Walls

   Hold Right + A + Select + Start, then press Reset. Now, during the game, while walking on the map, hold Start to disable random encounters. While walking on any stages, including in fighting mode, hold Select to free move through the walls.
