1. Change Ambulance to a Stretcher

   When you are at the Transmission select screen, choose the ''Manual'' option, then please do the following:

   Effect	Effect
   Push Gear shift Up, Up, Down, Down, Up (If using vertical kind of shift)	Change Ambulance to a Stretcher
   Push 3, 3, 4, 4, 3 or 1, 1, 2, 2, 1 (If using ''H'' kind of shift)	Change Ambulance to a Stretcher
