   In stage 2 there is a keypad you have to enter the right four digit code into in order to progress the game. The code is 8557.

2. Stage 13 Locker combination

   In stage 13 there is a cabinet in the second room right by the desk you have to crawl under. If you examine this cabinet you will find there is a keypad lock. Enter 6421 to unlock it. There's nothing super useful in there, just random junk like a banana you can eat as a healing item but the stuff you collect from it does count towards news items in the Kyoei News results screen.
