This is not old-school in a good way, and I am an old-school RPGer.
This game has a reputation for being a great old-school rpg which doesn't care about the modern desire for great graphics. This is enticing, as I love rpgs like Baldurs Gate and Neverwinter Nights 2, Ultima series etc. B... Read Full Review

Old school RPG - don't come for graphics, come for the content.
Reminds me a bit of the old D&D Gold Box series (although those were better). If you want a break for the resource-hogging, graphics heavy games of today, give Avernum 4 a try for some old school turn-based RPG actio... Read Full Review
