New York Comic-Con 2018 Day 2 is officially complete and we saw a lot more cosplayers on the show floor. Here is everyone we were able to meet during Day 2. We will continue to keep adding pictures throughout the weekend. Be sure to keep checking back.
There was even more comic book representation on the second day. We ran into a whole new Spider-Squad, this one composed of the best-dressed Spider-People we've ever seen. We also saw a trio of captains--two Captain Americas and one Captain Marvel. The X-men couple Rogue and Bandit were in attendance as well, and we also spied The CW's Green Arrow, Netflix's Matt Murdock and Elektra, Marvel's Dr. Strange, and DC Comic's Joker, Harley, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman.
In terms of video game and movie characters, we teared up a little when we saw Destiny 2's Cayde alive and well, and then we had to crane our necks to take in Transformers' Bumblebee. The newest Dr. Who was also at NYCC, and we also met Avengers: Infinity War's Black Widow and Nier: Automata's 2B and 9S.
Day 2 of NYCC had plenty of trailers too. The new extended look of the upcoming Aquaman is probably our favorite, as it provided our first good look at Black Manta in action and Aquaman donning his comic book gold and green suit. We also saw teases for plenty of Netflix series, including The Dragon Prince Season 2, Daredevil Season 3, and Umbrella Academy. We also got to hear the cast of Starz's American Gods talk about Season 2 and watch the premiere of DC's Titans.
New York Comic-Con 2018 runs from October 4 to October 7. We'll be writing up our impressions of what we see and hear all weekend long.
