What about 7 day survivor in dead rising? What about Through the Fire and Flames on Expert? I rest my case.IN call of duty 4 there are three very frustrating moments in it on veteran mode
1.In one shot one kill the battle at the ferris wheel at the end.
2.Mile high club the whole level
3.no fighting in the war room (on the timer)
these are far harder than any other game experience

Obviously you've never played Ninja Gaiden on Master Ninja difficulty.
I share your pain... that game will most definitely break a couple of controllers. I can't wait for NG2, but man I can wait for the difficulty levels like that O_O.
I beat TTFAF on expert on my second try, its not that hard.
That last boss on Conan was ridiculous. The difficulty spike was as sudden as it was high. And the fact that they pad it out with quicktime events where, after working his health down, you need to hammer a button then it INSTANTLY changes to a different button mid hammer. The first time, unless you are a Jedi or a Ninja, you WILL miss it and he will regain half his health and you need to do the whole thing again. And of course, his long tendril things that hit you AND stun you repeatedly, so often if you do get hit you can't do anything but watch your convulsing body get pummeled to death by his goons, very....very....slowly. Assuming you can repeatedly get his health down, and flip the 3 big gear things. PHAIL. EPIC MEGA PHAIL. Stupid ass game design. Most of the damage against the boss is caused by stun damage, when you can't do anything, you can't move or fight.
Lost Planet online was annoying at times, when lag would cause untold wierdness. :D
Most of the escort missions in Dead Rising were frustrating.
Beating Ramm in Gears on insane was tough to say the least.
Beating the 3 Argonians in the Arena in Oblivion was tough (I did the arena quests with a high level character).
Mile High Club achievement in COD4 is IMPOSSIBLE. I gave up on that one.

After an hour of dealing with stupid people, I stopped escorting them altogether. Now in DR I always keep my handy sledgehammer for when I bump into other people.
Alot.
COD4 on vetrain the part where your walking through the tunnel and you have the time limit.
Mass Effect when you got really far then die and start an hour behind where you were
Metal Arms for the xbox was super gay Where your fighting the giant robot i never figured out how to beat it.
there were a few other ones but those are the few for xbox.
Mile High Club on Veteran.DarkDemon91
That seems to be one of the more popular answers regarding this subject. I've seen this tried on Veteran and my friend wasn't even close. To those that got this achievement, congratulations!!! It looks like you need to be very skilled and have a little bit of luck go your way to get this achievement.
The Gears of War boss on insanity sounds frustrating as well. I guess I'll find out just how hard it is soon enough.
Always getting the mental retards or poor women on the streets in Assassin's Creed that blow your cover. That is so annoying!!!!!!
Call of Duty 4 on Veteran, no fighting in the war room and the mile high club
Guitar Hero, completing it on expert
beating the last boss on enchanted arms

I found RAAM to be hard only on Insane if you're doing it single player, he's pretty easy if you're doing co-op, that is if the person you are playing with is smarter than Dom's AI, what you can do is have both yourself and your partner load him full of fully torque bow shots--but charge it from blind fire then pop out to aim, that way you take minimal damage, he should fall after about 7-10 torque bow shots(just an estimate by the way).
I'm not the most gifted of gamers anyway, so I've been frustrated on a number of occasions, but two really stick in my mind.
The first is trying to defeat General Raam on Gears Of War. That seemed to take forever.
The second is on Rainbow Six Vegas, at the end before you kill the female terrorist. You can't go upstairs until prompted and meanwhile you and your team mates are getting attacked. That was really frustrating as if you left the area slightly, the mission ended. For some reason, some of the terrorists I needed to kill to get the prompt were upstairs, exactly where I could not travel and could not see. Took ages to beat it, but part of that was due to that section having a small bug (apparently).
No Fighting in the War Room, Call of Duty 4 Veteran.
Raining Blood on expert, Guitar Hero 3. I will never get passed the mosh. The mosh on hard should be expert and the expert mosh should not exist.
Cliffs Of Dover on expert, Guitar Hero 3. I don't know why I'm having so much trouble on this, but the song frustates me beyond belief when I fail and I fail A LOT.
Green Grass and High Tides on expert, Rock Band, It seems like they saved most the difficulty in this game for this song and Flirtin' With Disaster.
Basically songs I can't beat on music games frustrate me. Even if I beat these songs then I have to deal with Lou.
