Xbox 360 Elite . Does it break down like Xbox 360 Premium ?

Whats the report on Xbox 360 Elite ? I see many gamers complaing abt Xbox 360 Premium harware failure or trading in their Xbox 360 premium for Xbox 360 Elite .

Is Xbox 360 Elite safe than Xbox 360 premium regarding hardware failure?

I've sent in my Premium back twice now so I'd like to know also. I know the Elite has a redesigned mobo, but I don't know is it helps it from breaking.

EDIT: I'm waiting for my console to return again.

I'd love to know how reliable they are too. Well i'll find out eventually since i bought one after my premium bit the dust after 10 months. Funny thing is my premium still works now and then but it crashes fairly often. Not reliable for long term gaming.

The one thing i find interesting with the Elite compared to the others is i don't hear of many failing. I've heard of 2 that died so far over the past month or so and they were "i took it out of the box and an hour later red lights" kind of failures. Hopefully the trend continues where very few fail. I'd like to not need a new 360 before teh next xbox gen arrives
