Never, I think that would be the downfall of the community should it ever happen. If it was a small fee, and helped out with servers etc etc I MIGHT just consider it, but thats a big IF.

No. What the heck is the point of paying for Xbox LIVE if you have pay to play on-line? It would be the downfall of any developer who even tried. It might be acceptable on the PSN, though, not on Xbox LIVE.
I am not even playing COD right now so why would I pay a fee? If that started happening I would just stick to singleplayer games. I can live without multiplayer games.
No. Even if I loved it. That pretty much draws the line there. It would be a BOLD move by Activision. But who says they wouldn't do it? I wouldn't be surprised at all.
Games like WoW charge a monthly subscription fee because they are always updating and expanding the world in which you can explore; that doesn't happen in an online shooter, so I don't see any justification for charging a monthly fee when all the content is already on the disk that you already paid for.

This. Also, it would be unfair to Xbox gamers due to the fact that we already pay to play. PS gamers are perhaps more likely to do it, unless you're a real Xbox CoD nerd.

Why on earth should i pay a software developer on top of map packs that are released every other month? Buying a game new and being rewarded, or the Uplay system is how you get more money off gamers.
