Will Fable 2 be better than Oblivion?

Soon, the new anticipated RPG release of Fable 2 will be coming out, and Peter Molyneux has promised us many good things. The question is, since Oblivion is one of the greatest role-playing games created, probably the greatest so far, will Fable 2 run it down and take 1st?

Who knows, but right now Fabe 2 is going to tie me over until the new Elder Scrolls game. Whenever this may be... glesniak

The said that there will be a next Elder Scrolls but they are currently focusing on Fallout 3

If molyneux delivers, i don't doubt it. But since Fable 1 was promised to have the features 2 has(like having children) and never had it on release, there's a reason to believe fable 2 will travel down that road again.

Fable was extremely short and Oblivion has near limitless replayability...Fable isn't really a sandbox so how do you compare the 2?

I'd still say Fable 2 wont top Oblivion, but that doesn't mean it wont be fun as hell. Oblivion was just...awesome.

Simplifyed combat equals less fun i think. I don't know, i might pick i tup anyway.

I think oblivion accomplished more for an rpg repective. Oblvivion have a huge free roam world that looks almost real and breath taking. But i like to see how the aging, battle scars, life, ect works out in fable 2. Ima really exited for fable 2, but i think it's overhyped and maybe the director lied more gain. who knows?

open world obliven was nice few videos i seen of th world are pretty sweet
