Well, given that "Deus Ex" is my all-time favorite game, I'd have to say J.C. Denton, but Ryu from "Ninja Gaiden" and Marcus Fenix the no-neck badmotorfinger from Gears are a close second and third.
I really liked Ocelot from the MGS series. And come to think of it, The King and Prince of All Cosmos were pretty cool characters, as well (Katamari Damacy).
Scorch. The Rebulic Commando in Delta Squad. He is a freakin' beast.
I'm not gonna lie Jack Bauer is also a monster because he can stop a nuke, get shot five times, bite a guys jugular out, and break a guys neck simultaneously, while surviving it to do the same thing in two hours.
