I'm not sure about fenix, or any of the others, but for baird I would cast Thomas Jane. (Who the hell is he?) He played the the action hero/shark keeper Carter in Deep Blue Sea, and he played The Punisher, He's blond and buff. He'd be great. Pitt doesn't have the biceps to play baird in my opinion
