i have both, no lie. i thought the 360 was waay better because you have such a wide variety of games to choose from while the ps3 is late on many games. And just for the fact that i use my ps3 only for a dvd player 95% of the time because i have no money to buy games for it because my money goes toward my 360 games. lol
I have both... I think you should wait for more games to be released before you buy it... I have had my PS3 since release and I only have 3 games... all the other worthwhile games so far are on 360 as well...
Have both and looking for a wii soon, play 360 alot more basically because Xbox live is 100x better than what PSN currently is now. Looking at 2008 it seems to be about even on what games i want for each.
Yeah and the PSN isn't host games like 360... it is server games from the devs... my friend who wanted me to get COD4 on ps3 told me he doesn't even play it now until the next patch because the previous patch screwed up the hit detection and people can't hit each other...
i used to have a PS3 as well, but it was insanely boring to me due to the lack of games and the terrible online service. maybe later in 2008 when there are more games i'll pick one up again, but chances are slim.
I'm waiting for my piggy bank to fill up, and for FFXIII to be released, before I get a PS3.
I have a feeling I'd regret it if I paid for it up front. This way, in a year or two I'll be like, "Oh, I got it with some extra cash I had lying about the house."
I have all three, so when my launch 360 bit it last week, I thought what a good time to go check out the vid store and rent a ps3 game. After that idea I ended up buying an arcade version and slapped my hdd on that sucker...I couldnt stay away from cod4 while my xbox gets fixed for who knows how long. Maybe if FF13 was out, I could have waited.
