I would have said Soul Calibur IV because I'm a huge SC fan, but I can't say that I recommend it to people who aren't a major fan of fighting games. You should pick it up sometime if you enjoyed Soul Calibur II, but since you already have that, then it's no problem since I consider SCII the best in the series.
SW: TFU looks pretty awesome, but I haven't been looking into this game as much as I should be, so I really don't know if it's going to be that great.
Fable 2 might be your best bet since you enjoyed the first one, even though you never finished it. I've never played the first Fable, but if you liked it, you probably can't go wrong with Fable 2
