Winning my one and only true MLG match in 2008 as a stand-in against Team Carbon. I stopped playing after that, I realized that I didn't have what it took mentally or skill-wise, but I respect all MLG players greatly.
First beating Crysis. It was my first PC game I bought after I built my gaming rig. The end boss was so intense, and it was visually and insanely amazing!!
mine would be getting 1100/1100 gs on bioshock. i know it's not a big deal, but it was one of the first games i got for my xbox and my first game i completed the gs on. and it really paved the way for my gs-whoreness. i actually got it on my birthday 2 years agoyesterday and i now have 28150 gs.
I'd have to say it was in Gears of War. All 3 of my team mates were KIA, and the other team still had all 4 alive and shooting. Got every one of them. I felt like the Predator after that.
Winning a certain round of a pick--up game with a bunch of different people from different clans (some quite good) when my team was on offense (the harder side and had to plant two bombs in 5 minutes/kill them all). My team was massacred in about the first 30 seconds, making it 2 v. 11. Somehow we managed to kill all 11 without either of us dying. Oh, how I wish I could have heard what was going on in their channel on teamspeak when that happened.
Mile High Club. I know many folks have gotten it, but I tried it a few days ago just for grins, and it was impossible. I don't know how I ever did it before.
So far, it has to be when I beat Mega Man 1 on NES being just a little kid. As for now, I am currently trying to beat the Seriously 2.0 achievement. So if I ever do that, then that.
I was playing Halo 3 campaing on Heroic alone on the 4th level where u had 2 destroy a scarab tank. I was driving a mongoose and u used a elevator 2 get above the scarab. I drive forward towards the scarab and land on top of it from using the elevator. I killed most the aliens in it and destroyed its generator and was going to explode but i could get off it a brute was attacking me and killed it and it had a bubble shield and i only had like 2 seconds 2 get away so i used the bubble shield to stay alive form the explosion.
It was so epic!! I got mad later cause i did not save it in theater mode.
Getting a 25 kill streak on battlefield bad company. Second is shooting down a helicopter when I only had one health using an RPG from like halfway across crossing over in BF:BC.
Beating Halo 2 on Legendary (haven't done it on 3 yet), getting a fifteen kill streak in Halo 2 Team SWAT Magnums, and having only two more achievments left in The Force Unleashed (excluding upcoming DLC).

I haven't really played Gears of War 2 or Perfect Dark Zero, but beating Halo 3 is totally worth it. I also recommend trying this on Legendary, the highest difficulty, if/when you get the chance.
Some are... Beating Gears of War 1 and 2 on Insane Beating Halo 3 on Legendary and collecting all the skulls Beating Cod4 on Veteran and Cod WaW on veteran Beating Mile High Club Beating horde wave 50 for the first time in Gears of War :) :) :)
For me, the Mile High Club achievement. [Very cliche, I know] But also, completing all of Oblivion's achievements, including the DLC. I spent a great deal of time on that game. Finishing the achievement list was an accomplishment for sure... too bad I traded the game in and deleted the save file from my xbox. 130+ hours gone with the touch of a button.
