This is a tough choice, although I havent played all the great titles from '08, (some arent even out yet) I think 2008 will prove to be much better. (Thanks to Fallout3, Fable 2, and CoD 5)
In terms of 360 exclusives, I think 2007 was better than 2008. But overall, I actually think 2008 is a much better gaming year than 2007 if that makes sense.
i like the year 2008, the sulfer stars line up exactly between the stars tristic and Yorin which only happens every couple years, so 2008 is definitly a relative time because also the timezones blend together to create this atmospheric feel about the seasons.
the return of the fighting genre is the reason why I love 2008... but 2009 is going to own because it marks the return of King of Fighters, Street Fighter IV, and Tekken 6... not to mention Resident Evil 5
Throughout the gaming industry, '07 was better. Nintendo has absolutely no games coming out this winter. Last year they had mario galaxy. I would say '08 is better for the 360 though. Although Halo 3 was an exceptional exclusive shooter.

Although Dead Space and Fallout are no slouches at all. Definitely giving it some competition. But yea overall we've had 2 10's already and a lot of great games this year. So it makes sense.
it would have to be 2008, there are so many sweet games coming out just this month, let alone all year. i can hardly even remember what came out last year
definately 09 because you have great games like cod 5, gow2, mercenaries 2, gta 4, and in 08 what did you have bioshock oh thats good though cod 4 and halo 3 werent bad
