they should go to south american for the next GTA. somewhere like Cartagena, Colombia or Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. i like the concept of an asian GTA also (aside from chi-town wars on DS >_> )
The creators said that theyd like to make another London based game. I think it should be in Ireland, they have so much problems with war among themselves, it would fit perfectly.
i think the next GTA should be in multiple places at once.....like liberty city , vice city, parts of europe, and japan.......you could do international drug runs
probably won't happen....waaayy too much ....one can hope tho
I undersand people want it in SA cause of the size, but it was mainly useless territory, nothing to do in those long deserts, or in those grassy fields.
This time around it's smaller, but there's a lot of things to do, not to mention the downloadable content that will be coming out.
I'd like to see it set in Vice City, cause VC was my favorite of last gen GTA games, and i liked the surrounding atmosphere.

EA have that area covered, its called the Godfather (ok maybe not Chicago but around that time period)
Personally I would love to see a GTA done in london, because the first game had an expansion pack which was based in 1960's london so to do a modern day London because they could pull in mixture of stuff like Football (for american's soccer) Factories, of course the ganster aspects and if doing something could annoy street gangs ect. Another thing they could do is have moments where your working within different areas of london (so you could say have one part of it set in say essex one part Reading ect)

You can't have it in France, cuz y'know, they're "Anti-violence" and they associate that sort of thing with America and I don't feel like listening to French radio. I guess many of you haven't been to Japan cuz their roads are like 12 inches wide and their radio stations would be worse.

essex isnt in London
Sorry i meant to sayoutside area's (places like Canterbury ect)
and G5 thats a perfect reason to have it in Paris cus they are so anti-violence it would be amazing throwing people off the eiffel tower aswell, there would be soo many coll misions you could do like stealing the mona lisa etc
