I'm looking forward to Dead Island 2 (If it's going to be release on 2012), Assassins Creed (Desmond's journey?), 2K13, and more RPG games than FPS games.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning looks like it will be awesome, and I can't wait to finally see what happens to Commander Shepherd and the crew in Mass Effect 3.
Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Rocksmith Tomb Raider GTA V Far Cry 3 Max Payne 3 WWE Brawl (although I'm probably the only one, Wrestling fan or not, that wants this :P)
GTA5 (it won't come out in 2012. But hey, wishful thinking), Far Cry 3, Halo 4, Metro: Last Light (never expected a sequel to Metro 2033, but it's a must buy since 2033 is was friggin' good), Mass Effect 3, Borderlands 2, Spec Ops: The Line
There are way too many, and that's just for the 360 Halo 4, Bioshock Infinite, Dishonored, Tomb Raider, SSX, RE: Raccoon City, Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3.
Borderlands 2, Tomb Raider, Diablo 3, Halo 4, and SC2: HoS. I wish I could name an new IP I'm looking forward to this year, although I can't say I've heard of anything interesting that isn't a sequel/expansion/reboot.

i doubt i'll buy all of these at launch, but these are my most anticipated: Tomb Raider GTA V FFXIII-2 FarCry 3 Ghost Recon future soldier Max Payne 3 Bioshock Infinite Resident Evil Racoon City MGS Rising Borderlands 2 Mass Effect 3 Halo 4
