yeah...I have dead rising already though...I want a new one so I can play as a blade weilding bad ass. I even think it would be cool if they found a way to make a fun online multiplayer for a game like that.
The reason there's so many shooting games on 360 is because thats all people are playing on 360.Roxas-Master
yeah most people do play shooter games, but look at how well ninja gaiden did on the original xbox. There's not really enough big "hack and slash" games for people to even choose.
Check out the 360 area here on GS and search for Action or Action Adventure games from the drop down menu under All 360 Games and you'll see that there are a couple already out, a few coming out in the next few months, and a lot more coming end of this year and beginning of next. Examples are: Assasin's Creed (TBA 07) Stars Wars: The Force Unleashed (Nov 07) Samurai Warriors 2 Empires Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires (3/28/07) Not any better content than the original DW5 TMNT (3/20/07) Transformers The Game (TBA 07) Earth Defense Force (3/20/07) Conan (TBA 2008) Tenchu Z (May 2007) The Golden Compass (Q4 2007) Also, some good MMOPGs coming are: Huxley (TBA 2007) Age of Conan (Q1 2008) might get pushed farther back though APB (TBA 2007) Marvel Universe Online (TBA) I don't think this is coming this year though I think with these releases, end of this year beginning of next, will be the point where developers will really be pushing the envelope with the power of the 360. Mostly all these shooters were little project that developers begin making when they first got 360 dev systems as it was the most logical first step to see what can really be done with such an awesome machine.
99 nights got kinda boring after awhile though. I'll wait for Samurai Warriors Empire since you have better control over your characters development. Plus you don't need to play the same exact story 4 times!
assasin creed soon i want that game bad.. if you want a hack and slash try alien homonoid and 99 nights.. beldugo
not an actual hack and slash. nothing like dynasty warriors or 99 knights (they are WAY too repetetive). I mean more of a close combat driven action game like god of war or ninja gaiden.
