Recieved Scratched 360 Disc - PROBLEM ! ! !

- Bought game (Gears of War) from online :)

- Game arrived earlier than expected :)

- Disc had circlular scratch marks, not deep, but noticable, very simillar to this :(

- Disc runs for 5 minutes--to point where Marcus escapes cell, talks to person--then game exits :(

- When install was attempted, after 38% progress, install fails, with message "Disc may be scratched or unclean. Please clean and try again" :(

- Cleaned disc with napkin, tried again; did not work :(

- Contacted online vendor for return, waiting for response

- Help please? :(
