problem with downloading

this problem came out of nowhere, i can't download anything anymore, i can go to the market, purchase what i want but when it end up in my ''ready to download'' section, when i click ''install now'' the sound pop but nothing appens, it did this with evolve. then i wanted to play witcher 3 but for some other random reason didn't started so i deleted/downloaded it again but same problem, the download just seems to not work, i can't play dark souls 3 neither now because it won't download a recent update, i'm clueless since there is no error code or anything, it look like everything is fine but my xbox just don't download anything anymore...

I'd try the typical network troubleshooting. Things like resetting the router/modem. Shut down your Xbox One, then unplug it. Depending on your Xbox settings, the Xbox only ever goes into rest mode, not a full shutdown. Unplugging it will give it the reset it needs. Beyond that, contacting MS may be your next best option. Hopefully everything works out!
