Master Chief Collection, is it fixed?

So? No more crashes and matchmaking issues and glitches? Or is it still a mess. Might buy for my brother for the holidays but don't feel like buying him a broken game.

I haven't had an issue with the game since at the latest January. I realize others have, but I cant speak for anyone but my experience.

the campaign related stuff seems fine to me, I heard the problem was with online matchmaking when it was an issue

What about the multiplayer? He mainly plays Halo 2-3 so are they active in MCC or dead?

The Single Player works a treat I don't know about online.

Having only played the SP thus far, I've noticed playing through levels, at times, wont register them being completing which makes you go back and run it again.

So there are still bugs. God damn it. Nobody has info about the current state of the online? That's what's most important to me.

As Solaryellow. For me though it was only CE. Could not get past a level despite having restarted it. Through 2 and 3, I encountered nothing noticeable.

The MP will be played once I make my way through all of the SP modes and campaigns which are numerous. The levels not registering as completed (thus missing an achievement) has occurred in 2 & 3 only a handful of times. Still though, it gets irritating. The only other issue I've encountered is certain levels not loading (after exiting the game and then starting again) which requires me to either restart the console or start loading a completely different disc based game.
