Ok so I currently have an xbox live account but I messed up with the windows live id and they don't let you change it.  So I am making a new account but I was wondering if I would still have my arcade games, themes, and gamerpictures left to use with the new account from the old one.

Apparently if you call Microsoft Support, they can do that for you.

No I know they won't do that. But some other people on these forums have said that they set up a new gamertag and asked Microsoft Support to transfer over arcade game purchases, etc. from their old gamertag and they did. I don't know whether it's true or not, just telling you what they said.
