I hope not, Kotor was my favourite game of all time but kotor 2 was absolute trash. If kotor 3 is made it wont be made by bioware ( who are busy with an MMO, mass effect 2, jade empire 2 and sonic RPG ) meaning some third party will pick it up and probably drive it furthur into the ground.
You know, screw LucasArts. They just bumped the release date of TFU AGAIN. Its now Sep 16th, 2008. About 1 year after it was initially set for release (it was supposed to come out at the same time as the convention last year).
I beleive that KotOR 3 will come out and I think I know what it will be about. Revan (again) if u remember from KotOR 2 Kreia or someone else said that he had gone somewhere else (presumably the real sith empire) to try and fight it by himself.
I don't think it will be as good as the first two and no way near the first but we will have to wait and see.

Better that than release a buggy piece of crap instead of what could be the game of the decade. I'm not happy about the delays either, but I'd still rather they delay than rush it.
To the TC: Yes, I think there will be a KOTOR 3, but until Bioware is done with the Mass Effect trilogy, I don't think it will be a priority for them.
there is actually kotor III coming out and its an MMO!!! thing is though i don't think it has anything to do with revan or the exile

Eh, that's not a very good source. I'll believe it's an mmo when the game is actually announced as an mmo. Since they already have a Star Wars mmo, and KOTOR is super successful as a single player game, I think the powers that be are a little smarter than to go this route. But we'll see I guess.
There have been rumors that KOTOR 3 will be an MMO ever since LucasArts fired 50-100 employees. Along with the rumors about KOTOR 3 some former employees have also mentioned new Indian Jones games and a lightsaber game for the Wii.
